Katleho Sebiloane is the CEO of Maison Sheba, a niche perfume house redefining African luxury through scent. Passionate about olfactory storytelling, he creates evocative fragrances as he explores how scent shapes design, emotion, and cultural identity in luxury spaces.
Elsa Vogts
Museologist, Babylonstoren
Elsa Vogts is Babylonstoren’s museologist, responsible for the visitor experience at each of the farm’s museums – the Story of Wine and Soetmelksvlei. She holds a PhD in Visual Art from Stellenbosch University, where her research explored cross-cultural engagement through sensory interaction with food culture. Elsa also holds a Master’s in Museology from the Reinwardt Academie in Amsterdam. Georgia Munnik
Visual artist and burgeoning perfumer
Georgia Munnik (b. 1990) is a visual artist, PhD candidate and burgeoning self-taught perfumer. Her multidisciplinary practice finds a common thread in her interest in depicting speculative mutations between the natural world and the synthetic materials, which have come to define human industrial activity on earth. Her debut eau de parfum, PHENOTYPE 13, was launched with AKJP Studio in Cape Town in 2024. She is currently furthering her education on perfumery under the tutelage of Maria Heneck of Wild Olive Artisans.
